Carol Cheswick is an Executive Coach and Consultant focused on helping individuals and businesses thrive.
She founded White Beach Consulting in 2009 and focuses on helping companies take advantage of strategic opportunities, retain their best people, encourage teamwork and improve productivity. Carol also works with individual clients encouraging them to identify their own extraordinary talents. People perform at their best when they are free to be themselves and ultimately work more effectively on an individual and team basis.
Carol Cheswick is also a Business Specialist with the Women’s Business Development Council (WBDC). She is responsible for teaching GPS – Guide to Plan for Success — to aspiring business owners who seek to start or reinvigorate their small businesses and to help them make their vision a reality.
Ms Cheswick also conducts one-on-one counseling for the WBDC, helping individuals on specific business and career challenges. Ms. Cheswick brings over 30 years of experience in finance, marketing, investing and executive consulting to the organization. In recent years, Carol has been a managing director at Appleseed Food Frontiers, where she worked with aspiring food entrepreneurs looking to start and scale their food businesses,
Ms. Cheswick has also been a principal in her family’s investment management business, Cheswick Investment Co., Inc. She has also worked in a variety of positions at Citibank NA and Scudder, Stevens & Clark, (now part of Deutsche Bank). She is a graduate of Wellesley College and has a MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
