Born and raised in Stamford to Guatemalan parents. Nicole Graduated from Westhill High School and is pursuing a nursing degree from Norwalk Community College. She is a CPT (Certified Phlebotomy Technician) and volunteers at Stamford Hospital.
She loves volunteer work, organizing events, and has been a member of the leading Guatemalan non-profit organization in Stamford, Grupo Quetzal, whose mission is to help the Guatemalan community and promote its culture. She has traveled to deliver projects (first aid supplies, clothing, funds) in Guatemala during national disasters including the 2017 volcanic eruption.
Nicole founded the Grupo Danza Guatemalteca in Stamford, in which she teaches first-generation Guatemalan-American children ages 5-16 the music of their cultural roots and perform at various community events. Her goal is to work with kids in her nursing career.
