Vanessa Lecorps Riche was Market Culture and Diversity Manager at Nestle Waters North America, where she led the organization’s implementation of diversity, inclusion, and engagement programs touching 9,000 employees in the U.S. and Canada. She coached the leaders of her organization on leadership effectiveness, diversity, and inclusion.
She has 19 years of experience in learning and development. She has worked on large organizational development projects in Central and South America, North Africa, and in Europe. She has a special interest in building diverse and collaborative teams, helping employees grow and develop to the best of their abilities.
Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Haiti, she is fluent in French, Spanish, and Creole. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business, double majoring in human resources management and industrial management, from the University of Puerto Rico, and her Master of Science degree in Human Resources, specializing in organization development, from the University of San Francisco. She has completed her PhD work in industrial and organizational psychology. She lives in Old Greenwich with her husband and two children.
