Jason Pollack
Board of Directors
Jason graduated from Boston College and is currently in the second rotation of the Synchrony Financial's Business Leadership Program in Stamford. He is a member of the Platform Servicing team, which leads the operational strategy of their client management teams (i.e. Lowe's, Venmo, etc.). His first rotation was spent as a Front Line Manager for a team of 16 customer service associates, managing and delegating case inventory, coordinating schedules and payroll functions, while supporting the valuable culture of the team. Prior to Synchrony, he spent a few years as an Operations Analyst for I95 Metro Showcase, a recruiting event for high school baseball players aspiring to play in college, and he coached a youth baseball team for two years.
In his youth, baseball was Jason’s greatest passion. When he went to college, he developed a new passion for music. He soon went from listening to music to making and creating it. Jason started with Garageband (a computer music studio), and transitioned into learning guitar, developing his singing technique, becoming proficient in mixing and mastering music, and ultimately beginning to release songs under the artist name, Tidal Francis. Even now, most of his free time is spent working on this craft.
Jason attended an Intempo concert in Norwalk and immediately loved the program. Following that, he attended a music production class to learn more about Intempo and the students’ experiences. He is confident that his professional experience in operations and event management, mixed with his passion for music, can help serve Intempo and its students.
Jason lives in Norwalk.
