Jeremy Cage

Jeremy is the Principal and Co-Founder of an acquisition due diligence company called the BrandCHARGE. He is also the President of the Cage Group and author of the book, All Dreams on Deck – charting the course for your life and work.

Jeremy was previously the CEO of a lighting technology company called the Lighting Science Group, where he established a new strategic agenda for the company, then executed an aggressive transformation of the company's branding approach, innovation agenda, supply chain and organization.

During his 10 years at PepsiCo, he held the positions of: Senior Vice President for the Global Snacks Group, SVP of Innovation and Insights for North American Beverages, Chief Marketing Officer for International Snacks, Leader of the company’s consumer facing beverage container recycling program for the US, and VP of Marketing for the Sabritas business in Mexico.

Prior to PepsiCo, Jeremy enjoyed an international career with Procter and Gamble for 16 years, leading businesses in the US, Sweden, England, Venezuela, and Brazil.

An avid adventurer and sailor, he embarked on a 16-month voyage to sail around the world with his family in 2007, 2008. Upon his return, he published his book All Dreams on Deck – charting the course for your life and work to help unleash the full potential of individuals, organizations and businesses.

Jeremy co-founded the Friends of the Episcopal Church in Cuba, an organization focused on improving the lives of Cubans through church partnerships, and providing clean, safe water to communities throughout the country. He has also volunteered for local organizations such as Person to Person, Children’s International.
