Matthew

Hello, my name is Matthew.

I am almost 10 years old and I am in fourth grade. I go to Strawberry Hill Elementary School. I live in my house with my family in Stamford, CT.

I speak English and Spanish. My family’s background is from Guatemala and my favorite food is tacos. My favorite color is red. I like to play with my dog during my free time.

I play the guitar at INTEMPO and the saxophone at school. My teacher’s name is Mr. Scott and I meet with him every Tuesday.

My favorite subject at school is art because I like to create pictures

My least favorite subject is writing. When things get hard for me, I ask Ms. Cinthya or my sister for help.

My tutor is Ms. Cinthya and I like it when we play Tic Tac Toe on Zoom. I enjoy it when I read to Ms. Cinthya.

The most fun part of online learning has been going to my bed once I’m done doing my homework. The challenging part of online learning has been that you have hard work on your own.

This summer, I look forward to hopefully the COVID 19 stops so I can go to the pool.

When I become older, I would like to be like my dad. He fixes houses and everything that breaks.
