Singer Sharon Jerry-Collins has earned a reputation as a very talented and versatile singer. Her warm, rich mezzo soprano voice has been compared to such greats as Dionne Warwick, Gladys Knight, and Karen Carpenter. A native of Trinidad & Tobago in the West Indies, Sharon’s musical journey has taken her around the world and has toured, recorded, and performed with renowned artists such as, Roberta Flack, Patti Austin, Whitney Houston, Bette Midler, The Rascals, Smokey Robinson, Jon Batiste, Ralph MacDonald, George Benson, Billy Preston, Michael Bolton, and many others. She has also appeared on Saturday Night Live, The Today Show, and Good Morning America. She has also directed several children’s choirs, both in New York and here in Connecticut.
