Kerith Knechtel

Board of Directors

Kerith Knechtel is currently Vice President, Associate General Counsel & Compliance Officer at Priceline, where she manages the Company's compliance program as well as U.S. litigation, employment, and IP law. She received her B.A. from Dartmouth College and J.D. from Columbia Law School. Prior to Priceline, Kerith spent 9 years in the litigation, white collar defense and employment groups at Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP in New York City. Outside of work, she is passionate about her family, friends, animals, and most any type of outdoor sport. She is also an active member of Impact Fairfield County, a volunteer at her children's school, and a co-founder of the Animal Rescue Community, a local organization with the goal of bringing humane education into schools.
